Dayton Aerospace is a technical services consulting company mainly with the aerospace (defense) industry.

We are approaching our 20th year and would like to create a special edition logo which will incorporate our current logo into a new design which states "Celebrating 20 years" and "1984 - 2004" or something to that effect.
We prefer a classic illustrative style, incorporating many colors. We are thinking of a "seal-like" design (enclosed or designed around a circle). Perhaps with the logo set on a sky/cloud background. We want to avoid being cartoony or trendy... preferring a more realistic representation. The plane is a Wright-B Flyer, so any other images of the Wright brothers/early flight could be incorporated. The logo will primarily be used for embroidery (shirts, hats, etc.) and special printing (pens, other gifts) but will not be used in letterhead, official business...so that opens up the options a bit. Final embroidery size will be around 2-2 1/2 inches.
