We are a construction management firm that is now marketing to the residential market while still maintaining our commercial base. We perform construction services on the level of an Architectural or Design firm.
As stated by our name; we form alliances between interested parties in order to achieve a mutually beneficial completion of construction projects. We are located in an extremely conservative area and market to communities such as the Professionals at Dartmouth College as an example. Our residential clients will generally spend upwards of $3 Million dollars on a primary dwelling.
